- Richman, A stacked area with some of the most richest Tycoons living in, has been constantly reported for
  having loud Gunshots heard from a Mansion, Numbered as Number - #00157 un-owned by any individuals.
- A Numerous amount of Bank Robberies, Commited crimes has been spotted by men in grey, as unkown individuals,
  no tracks records, no criminal records, no identity.
- Smuggling of Illegal Weaponary, Suspects found usage of C4's, and High tech weaponary not having a weapon
  license, and a proper prescription to carry one.

Investigation
- Mansion Number #00157 is reported to be an un-owned property but not either listed on transfer market
  or hasn't been owned, the Crime data has all clearance that San Andreas Police Department, Special Weapons And Tactics, And Special
  Intelligence have no lead who they're and who they can be.
- Mansion In Richman was found empty, With a big gate on the front and walls covering the entire mansion itself,
  Reported with Grey Coded vehicles used in a robbery before, and a wall with a red tag as 'LCF'
  meaning theres either an affiliation of this Suspected Crime Family in San Fierro with the Unkown Mob in richman.

Conclusion
- No big lead found on this Mob Mafia, Whereas the affiliations, Illegal Smuggling/Supply of High-Tech Weaponary
  and Armory is a major cause this case will continue.

Overview
- After the last investigation, Department kept all their eyes on the Unkown Individuals, Some footage and
  responces of Armed Vehicles and Pedistrians were found hanging inside the mansion, and the Department tracking their vehicles and
  possible routes to figure out what the mansion is used for.

Investigation
- San Andreas Police Department after a robbery case kept all their eyes on the Unkown Mobs, Later on finding
  their tracks to the Mansion, Confirming that might be either there hideout or Head-Quaters as they Grey Coded vehicles are placed in
  their and all security to thrive Civilians away from the mansion under a hidden richman's reigon.
- Their Investigation was done by Detective Meowscles himself, with the backup of SWAT and revealed a numerous
  amount of information leaked/revealed by one of the cardiac leaders of the Mafia.
- Later on, they revealed themselves as Italian Mob's, Named after a originated Milano boss as 'The Milano Crime Family', And afterwards SWAT intermissioned and arrested members including RDX, Bluh and Hunter.

Conclusion
- After an investigation, They revealed it as their main components, Illegal Smuggling of Weapons, High-Tech

Overview
- After several alligations against The Milano Crime Family, Chief, SWAT, Deputy Incharge, and Detective Bureau
  which revealed the entire plannings and how the future of this Syndicate might go, And was permitted to compile a raid and lockup
  the mansion with all the extorted businesses owned by the mob by confesticating the weaponary, armory, and vehicles.

Conclusion
- The raid arrested all the Mob Leaders, Members defending the Fort aswell as the associates with armed
  weaponary, The vehicles were Towed and were taken in the custody of the Department.
- The Mansion was C4'ed on a highly teched Permits, The weaponary and armory were also confesticated by the
  Department and menthods to cook Illegal Medicens and drugs was flamed.
- All Milano's members were life sentenced and this case gets a Sucess.
